Olivetti are one of only four companies worldwide who are able to manufacture all of the components for ink jet cartridges. This technology enables them to keep ink jet running costs at a minimum, this technology has been applied to the Fax 100 and both the Fax 220 and Fax 270. The OFX9100 and OFX9200 use laser technology and come with easy to change toner and drum units.

The entry level small office and home office machine recently launched by Olivetti is the Fax 100, small in size but big on features, a 40 sheet capacity paper tray and a 19 sheet memory are just for starters. 10 one touch numbers and 50 abbreviated dials and a 5 sheet document feeder complete the package.

This is the Olivetti Fax 220, a 15 page document feeder ensures smooth transmission of large documents. The integral telephone handset allows the 220 to replace a telephone without taking up valuable space. A built in copier allows up to 9 copies of a document to be produced at the touch of a button. Water based inks ensures low running costs, and to ensure confidentiality there is no trace of sent or copied documents left on the machine so only you will know what has been sent. All Olivetti Fax machines use plain A4 paper.

Up to 14 minutes of messages can be stored and they can even be retrieved from any telephone using the security access. Zoom facility on the copier allows added copying functionality. A 20 sheet document feeder and 150 sheets of A4 paper on line for printing, copying and faxing. Transmits documents in under 3 seconds using its 33.6 Kbps modem. The fax copies at 5 pages per minute and has a zoom function. Scan to e-mail and comes complete with basic document management software.
